Press release n. 4 of the 14/09/2020 9.39.34 ( download )

Glamping or minimal, tents or mobile homes: open air vacations have all the nuances that Italian landscapes offer those looking for nature. FAITA Federcamping will fill the FAITA Arena at the 38th edition of SUN Beach&Outdoor Style, held by Italian Exhibition Group from 14th to 16th October simultaneously with TTG.
Three days of talks to discover a sector of the market that speaks many languages and intrigues Italians. Two glamping projects installed by architects Nisi Magnoni and Gian Paolo Venier: lounges immersed in nature.

Rimini, 12th October 2020 . Chic or Spartan, minimal or glamping: for vacations in contact with nature there is more than one choice, and nuances win. It is a well-known fact that it speaks many languages, but camping is ready to meet Italian tourist´s demands as far as style is concerned and responds with services that are in no way inferior to hotels or resorts. At SUN Beach&Outdoor Style 2020, the Italian Exhibition Group expo dedicated to trends in seaside and open air vacations, the 38th edition of which is being held from 14th to 16th October at Rimini Expo Centre simultaneously with TTG Travel Experience and REGENERATION! by SIA, FAITA Federcamping will fill one of the two arenas with a series of conferences to consider the near future of a sector that arouses the curiosity of world-famous interior designers.

In the FAITA Arena, in Rimini Expo Centre´s Hall D3, talks will focus in the value of greenery considered as a true asset for open-air tourism enterprises, with the presentation of a handbook realized with EBNT, on the post-COVID challenge for both the sector´s marketing and the exploitation of the aspects of safe vacations and on insurance facilities tailor-made for campsites. Above all, open-air tourism assumes the role of a sector subject to academic analysis, with a research run by four university centres, on behalf of FAITA Federcamping, on the sector´s marketing, supply and demand and regulation situation.

Lastly, to give SUN 2020 visitors two examples of the meaning of top-grade glamping, there will be two installations of real lounges surrounded by nature: the settings are designed by two architects who have added a creative touch to glamping that perfectly meets the Italian public´s request for high quality materials, comfort and balance. Nisi Magnoni and Gian Paolo Venier, cosmopolitan designers, both of whom have their studio in Milan, give two interpretations of the meaning of integrating refined hospitable environments that combine technology and beauty in a sober manner with nature.

Like all IEG trade expos, the spaces at SUN Beach&Outdoor Style 2020 have been planned according to the #safebusiness protocol, which ensures exhibitors´ and visitors´ participation in complete safety. From travel from hotels to the expo, to personal protection devices, constant sanification of the various areas and rooms, dematerialized tickets and a ´no-queue´ app for food service, through to cloakroom facilities with an automatic cycle.
