Director of Toscana Promozione Turistica and Scientific Director of BTO, Be Travel Onlife. He has previously held the positions of Director of Tourism for the Tuscan Region, Director of Tourism Politics at the Ministry of Cultural heritage and Activities, Senior Marketing Strategist for Fondazione Sistema Toscana, Director of APT (tourist board) of Grosseto and Social Media Manager for GAL Ogliastra. He participates as a speaker at conferences on the subject of tourist reviews and network reputation and is a trainer in collaboration with several Italian universities.
He is co-author, with Nicola Zoppi, of the book Apogeo “ Web Marketing delle recensioni Guida di sopravvivenza a TripAdvisor & co. per albergatori e ristoratori” (Review Web Marketing – A Guide to surviving TripAdvisor & co for hoteliers and restaurant owners) 2017 . And of “turismo e reput’azione” (Tourism and reputation management) by Franco Angeli, together with Roberta Milano.
