Since 2016 he has been CEO of Italianway, the leading operator in the Italian short-term rental market in terms of destinations covered and number of properties contracted. Since 2020 he has also been the President of the Italian Association of Short-term Rental Managers, AIGAB, founded by the major players in the sector to guarantee institutional representation for property managers, analyse data and promote the creation of a solid network of entrepreneurs to grow the market. He is regularly invited as a lecturer at post-graduate Masters in Tourism Economics and Management and as a speaker at major national and other events dedicated to the non-hotel sector. He is convinced that Italian property managers will only be able to meet the challenge of sustainability in this business if they are properly professionalised through structured training.
